Guest Reviews & Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at the Marriott! The rooms are what make Marriott my top choice with their spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped setup. However, the smell of something rotting was a bit off-putting. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Reyn at the front desk. The location is convenient to the medical complex and various amenities, but the city noise and parking were major drawbacks. The dining experience was fantastic with excellent customer service, yet I wish there was a greater variety of food considering the room rates. Overall, my experience was great, and I highly recommend it.
The Residence Inn in Birmingham offers spacious rooms with pleasant staff members. The full-size fridge in the room was convenient. The location has just enough equipment for exercise but lacks interesting destinations for a morning walk. I found the dining experience to be the best I have had at any Residence Inn, with a variety of options available. The hotel is well-maintained and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about local amenities.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were well-appointed with a full kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom, offering a cozy and convenient setup. The service was excellent, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The location was very convenient, close to the medical complex, restaurants, and shopping. The dining experience was mostly good, although there were some limited options at times.
